Geography

Palawan stretches about 450 km from northeast to southwest between the South China Sea and the Sulu Sea. The Mount Mantalingahan range rises along the spine to 2086 m.

Tubbataha Reefs

The Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park, in the Sulu Sea east of Palawan, protects two coral atolls supporting nearly 600 fish species and is among the most pristine reef systems on Earth.
